Taste of Tantra

Experiential Workshop

Tantra is a love affair with Life

Tantra opens us to Life and leads us to total self-acceptance.

Tantra helps us dissolve fear and shame, frees us from any patterns that keep us from showing up fully in life, and leads to ultimate liberation and freedom of being.

Tantra is not a religion, a philosophy, or an ideology, it is a constellation of methods and practices aimed at maximal expansion of consciousness and love.

"Tantra trusts in your body. Tantra trusts in your senses. Tantra trusts in your energy. Tantra trusts in you – in toto. Tantra does not deny anything but transforms everything."

 – Osho

At its core, tantra is not teaching us anything new, but invites us to re-discover and relax into pure joy of Being.

Tantra is a love affair with Existence, a path that embraces life in totality, that finds sacredness in every moment, that pierces the mundane reality and brings beauty and depth to every human experience.

Tantra frees from any negativity related to sexuality and embraces sexual energy as an amazingly beautiful aspect of life, as a source of enormous power that can be harnessed for pleasure, personal growth, and spiritual transformation.

Tantra opens our Heart and teaches us to love unconditionally.

Would you love to feel fully and live your life out of your wholeness and full potential?

Do you want to live a life where our longings of connection and intimacy are recognized, embraced, and fulfilled?

Would you like to bring back your playfulness, imagination, childlike innocence and joy?

Then join us for the evening where we would love you to experience the Taste of Tantra. In our exploration we will seek to discover the deeper aspects of ourselves, and open to beauty and sacredness of life. We will skillfully use sound and silence, breath and touch, movement and stillness to go deeper into meditation and open our hearts fully.

We will create a safe space where everyone's personal boundaries are honored and respected. While some practices may have options for heart-centered touch or embrace, everybody can always choose to remain in their own space.
